Adventure Journal Sorting - RESOLVED

Hello!

I recently encountered an issue with the Adventure Journal (which I currently use for session recaps), where Session 20 was placed before Session 1. The Journal had been displaying the most recently published items first, except for this instance. I tried deleting and re-adding the post, and while the publish time is correct, it still appears at the bottom of the list. The same behavior seems to occur when using the timed publishing feature (where you set a date).

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should change, or other things I could manipulate?

As a potentially-related aside, what is the functionality of the 'Reset' button on the Journal page? I was considering that this may solve the issue of there was a problem between the previous and current sorting types, but was worried that it may erase all of the write-ups I had posted.

Thank you so much for any help you can provide!

I saw that there was a resolution to this issue in a patch, however, when testing this, the issue persists.

It appears that every new Adventure Journal post is being placed before my first post, regardless of the date entered.

Any ideas on how to work on this?

P.S. I realized that the Reset button only affects the Search feature, so that is cleared up!

The issue is resolved!

I noticed that journal posts prior to the update did not have a publish date on them.

Opening each Journal entry and updating them with a Publish Date has resolved the issue, and they now appear in the intended order.

Thanks Revanchist! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we were trying to figure out why some users were experiencing this issue and some were not, it looks like it was caused by that patch that added publish dates. So glad you found a fix and we are sorry for any inconvenience!

No problem at all! It was really just an extra click or two for my players :P .

Hopefully this information helps other users!
