Continuing UI Updates
// Player Codex can now have folders. This is especially useful on large campaigns, but is also nice to separate things like mounts and pets or inactive users.
// Player Codex is now searchable.
// Players are able to add their own characters to folders. Recordkeepers are now able to change NPC folders, instead of it being GM-only. Secret folders are still hidden.
// Hid the "Unsorted" folder tab when it is empty on NPC Codex / Kinships / Plots / Campaign Shops.
// Removed the "Public Editable" option from Adventure Journals. With the new autosave feature, this was going to cause issues with overriding one another. We recommend party members simply keep separate notes and make the posts public to view instead.
// Added images to the Image Library in the following categories: Armor: boots, chest, head, legs, shoulder, wrist, Containers (Chests), Food, Tailoring, a few Kinship Badges
// Added a "Duplicate NPC" button to NPC Profiles and the Quick Edit menu. This allows you to set up basics for a character and duplicate it with stat data and selected abilities for new characters. Entity to NPC button coming very soon.
// You can now right click on map tiles to quickly change the status. This will allow you to update the fog of war across the map without refreshing the page between each tile.

Small Set of User Requests
Working our way through user requests. More to come!
// Added an autosave to Journal posts. This will autosave content every minute to avoid loss of data. We will work towards adding more autosave features to areas that generally have extensive text content.
// Added a dropdown filter when transferring items and containers.
// Increased image size on inventory / shop item window, as it made more sense for item view to be larger when viewing additional details.
// Added player owner username to PC profiles under the main image box.
// Added new player admin role: Auditor. This role allows players with this admin role to view other player dashboards (limited view), inventories, and wealth logs. They are able to edit / add items and containers but NOT wealth.
// Additional minor tweaks to tooltips, text, and some small layout pieces for usability.

City Districts Updates
Our City Districts is one of the oldest and original features in Chronica. It has long-needed some attention. We hope this small update brings some life back into this feature, with more to come in the future!
// Updated District and Plot Cell forms with more clear verbiage and tooltips for usability.
// District "Description" toggle button will be hidden if your district has nothing there.
// Updated District border images.
// You now view and edit the District cell plot from the same window. Plot selection is now made with a visual catalog which should be more clear than the dropdown list.
// District cells can now have labels.
// You can now select from an assortment of other tiles to use for District and cell block backgrounds.
// You can now disable the streets in Districts, which will push all the cell blocks together into a single group. (Street names are coming in a future patch.)
// You can now adjust the district size between 3x3, 4x4, or 5x5. We will not be adding any additional sizes to districts, as they get unmanageably large.
// There is now a slide-out menu to adjust many District settings more quickly / easily.
// You can now add a description to cell plots for extra notes or things you need to track on an individual build basis.
// You can now link Districts to one another within the same city via the District edit screen. This will make it easier to navigate between districts when exploring.
// District cell numbers have been adjusted to allow for size expansion. Old cell numbers are displayed for reference but will be removed in a future patch.
// Shop containers can now be toggled private / public from the "Order Containers" window. This is useful if your shop has many containers to manage or changes visibility of different stock often.
// Added Shop Owner and Location (if applicable) under the header image on your Campaign Shop fronts.

Battle Screen Display Bug
// Fixed a style bug that was causing view issues with the battle screen on Encounters.
February 03, 2021
// Fixed bullet point size difference in rich text editors.
// Collapsed "Player Admins Quickview" panel on the Party Info page, which took up a lot of room on some campaigns and generally does not need to be referenced often. Click to expand.
// Fixed the card layout CSS bug on Party Info page if campaign had more than eight players.
// Fixed a bug where kinship owners were not able to edit their kinship containers or items.
// Slightly reduced the width of the main left nav bar and moved the mobile menu button to the right side.

Code Cleanup & Small Bug Fixes
// Slight redesign on Party Info page to show all characters marked "Main" for each player with their status, instead of just the first "main" character.
// Adjusted tooltips across the site.
// Fixed a bug that was causing entity images to clear on update.
// Code cleanup in the back-end. Boring for you. Nice for us! :)
January 05, 2021
// Made some changes to the Item Library that allows you to set a default quantity. This quantity is what is copied over when pulling from the library. This allows you to make "sets" or "kits" of items containing things like ammo. You can still change the quantity when copying, but the default is filled in automatically.
// Added a toggle to Campaign settings that allows you to disable the "Sell" tab on inventory items.
// Added a Stockroom feature to Campaign Shops. This allows you to update quantity across your entire shop on one page for much quicker stocking. It now also tracks the quantity sold per item. The stockroom has its own log that will track changes made via the tool for easy reference.
// Any ranking kinship member can now transfer items TO the cache.
// Adjusted the Edit Abilities page so you can preview the long description of an ability without having to select it.
// Slightly extended the Campaign shop front header images to better match up with what is shown on the smaller boxes without taking up too much space.
// Added GM eye icon to form fields that are only visible to GMs to make it more obvious as to what players can see.

Quick Bug Fix
// Fixed a bug that was causing an error when creating new map tiles. Thank you for the reports!
// The Available Wealths table on the shop pages has been collapsed and can be expanded on click to save room.

Quick List Items, Small Quality of Life Updates
// Tweaked the Player Wealth panel on your player dashboard to make it more obvious which wealth you were looking at, if you have multiple ownerships. Same for your inventories page.
// Added all player and ownership wealth totals to shop front pages so you can have a quicker reference when making purchases from alternate sources of wealth.
// Extended the activity logs to show the last 400 entries, up from 100.
// Shop containers can now be marked "Private". This allows shop owners to have containers of items stored in their shop that are visible only to them for storage or other purposes.
// Removed the static "order" input from containers and transitioned them to drag-and-drop sorting. You will now find a button labeled "Order Containers" on your inventory, kinship cache, and shop pages, which opens a window to rearrange your container display order.
// Updated Encounter Loot screen which was using the old containers layout. You can now also drag-and-drop sort encounter loot items and containers.
// Your player wealth log now shows your main log as well as buttons to view ownership logs.
// Some of you are still having trouble seeing the Notes editor box when editing a map tile. As a temporary solution, we have added a link within the form that will take you to a separate editing page which should always load the editor for you.

Bug fix and minor addition for NPCs
// Fixed a bug that would not let you remove character ownerships from a player without re-assigning the NPC to that player. Players can now see character ownerships that are "orphaned" - belonging to characters that are not assigned to them anymore, and delete them.
// Added an option to track inventory and wealth for an NPC. We recommend this is used somewhat sparingly. The NPC must still be assigned to a player (or GM) who will then manage it. To do this, select the player at the bottom of the Character edit screen and in the "Special" dropdown, select "Controlled NPC". These characters will appear in the NPC codex in a separate folder.

Kinship update additional bug fixes
// Fixed a bug that was not allowing Squire tiers access to kinship vault. This feature is available on ANY paid tier.
// Fixed a bug that was causing an error when assigning a kinship owner on some campaigns.
// If a campaign shop is linked to a district plot, that district will appear on the shop card.

Kinship wealth functionality has been unlocked!
// As part of our pervious kinship update patch, we have completed and unlocked the kinship wealth feature.
// This allows you to store wealth within a kinship, which is useful for things like churches and factions that need a separate wealth tracker.
// Purchases made in your kinship cache will deposit funds into the cache till. This till can be withdrawn into the kinship wealth.
// Deposits can be made by any ranking kinship member into the kinship vault.

Kinship update bug fixes and tweaks
// Fixed a bug that was hiding kinship cache containers once created.
// Fixed a bug that was giving an error when trying to save a kinship without an owner.
// Fixed a bug allowing kinship ranks without withdraw permissions to withdraw items from cache.
// Added kinship caches to Player Dashboard for easier access (if you own a ranking character within that kinship)
// Added kinship ranks to character profiles
// Tweaked design of character connections on character profiles to look cleaner

Kinships Update: Stats, Rankings, Cache
// Fixed a bug that was causing an error if a Player with an ownership in a campaign was removed.
// Fixed a bug that prevented campaign cloning if you had Campaign Shops selected.
// KINSHIPS UPDATE:
// NOTE: Please be patient while we fix any bugs that come up with this patch, it was very large with a lot of old code updates.
// Kinships can now be drag-and-drop sorted.
// New admin role for players: KinshipKeeper. We have removed kinships from the RecordKeeper admin and gave it a separate role. This role gives players access to edit, view, and maintain any kinship not marked secret.
// Kinships can now be assigned a Kinship Owner. This must be a player-owned character. The player is then granted access to edit, view, and maintain all aspects of the kinship, even without the KinshipKeeper role.
// By assigning a Kinship Owner, you unlock the Kinship Vault. (Note: This is a paid-tier feature.) The vault allows you to track wealth and inventory for that kinship. This is useful if you want to do things like: store items in a faction cache, accept guild donations, collect church tithes, etc. Only ranking members of the kinship have access to view, deposit, and withdraw from the vault. NOTE: Kinship wealth tracking is coming very soon, it was being buggy so we commented it out so we could still launch tonight. Apologies!
// Kinships now have Rankings for characters. This allows you to add multiple ranks within a kinship, each containing separate information and privileges. Characters are then assigned to these ranks.
// Character Connections to a kinship still exist. There are times when you may have a character connected to a kinship, without being ranked in it. They are displayed on a separate tab within the new layout.
// Kinship Ranks can be marked private in the kinship settings. This allows you to hide the ranking members and rank descriptions. Players will still be able to see the basic rank info (name and image).
// The kinship cache is only visible to players with ranking members within that kinship, GM's, and Kinshipkeepers. You can create containers within the cache and then set permissions on these so only certain ranking members have access to them.

Bug Fixes for Multi-inventory Tracking
// Trying to set up ownerships before setting up currencies was causing some issues, so the feature is unavailable until currencies are set up.
// Fixed a bug: When purchasing an item from a shop using separate character funds, it checked your main Player Wealth (instead of ownership wealth), to see if you could afford that item. Purchases were being blocked even if the character had correct funds. It will now check appropriate wealth first.

Multiple Character Inventory and Wealth Tracking
Note: This patch has a lot of moving pieces and edited a lot of older code. We did our normal testing, but we apologize if you come across a few bugs. We have automatic error reporting on and will monitor things and take care of them as soon as we can. We will also be monitoring the speed to see if we can optimize certain areas, but please feel free to ping us with any issues you are having. Thank you!
// Player Inventories now has a link in the left navigation.
// Players can now track inventories and wealth across multiple characters. From your player dashboard, click the blue "Manage Ownerships" button in the characters list panel. From here you can create an ownership with a character that is assigned to you as a player. This will give you a separate inventory and wealth tracker for that character.
// If you change this character to an NPC, the ownership remains until deleted. If you move the character to another Player, the ownership will transfer to the new player.
// From the Character Ownerships page, you can rename your Player Inventory. Because we recommend using your main Player Inventory for the character you play the most, this allows you to rename the inventory to match your main character name.
// Remove ownerships using the red "Permanently Delete" button. This will delete the inventory and wealth tracking from this character. This cannot be undone, but there is a warning dialog.
// On your inventory page, you will see a new box at the top that allows you to select which inventory to view. This has been combined with the container filter box to save room.
// Transfer items between your own inventories, or to other player character inventories using the normal method of clicking the item and going to the Transfer tab. Select the PC in the dropdown.
// Selling items in the separate inventories will put wealth in the appropriate associated wealth.
// Withdrawing money from the till of a shop owned by a character with an ownership attached, will put those funds into the appropriate wealth.
// Your separate wealths can be accessed from your player dashboard by clicking the different character buttons. (These only appear if you have ownerships.)
// Whichever current wealth you are viewing is the one that will be edited when you click the green "Edit Wealth" button.
// You can transfer containers between inventories using the orange "Transfer" button in the corner of the container box. This should make it quicker to start up your ownerships and clean out your original inventory.
// You can select an alternate inventory / wealth to purchase items from when in the Buy tab of a shop.
// Updated the wealth adjustment modal to look a bit cleaner.
// The Player Inventory (Preview) panel on your player dashboard has been edited to show a list of most recently updated items, instead of random items from your main inventory. This is because many users store everything in containers which left this panel empty.
// We removed the option for non-GM's to select another player when assigning a PC. Players can now only select themselves when assigning a character to a player.
// Added a delete folder button to Shop Folders. If you delete a shop folder, the shops within will be moved to unsorted.
// Fixed a bug where party inventory sales were recording in player logs instead of the party log.

Visual Fixes, Updated Search
// Added image library filter buttons to Containers form.
// Updated / fixed search functionality on the following: Adventure Journal, NPC Codex, Events, Item Library.
// Added search functionality to the following: Quests.
// Added an item search to the Campaign Shops which will pull up shops that are carrying the item searched. This is helpful when you are looking for something specific and do not want to browse multiple stores. It does not currently take into account if the item is marked Not for Sale or in a hidden container.
// Fixed character profile display issue where Notes box was in an odd spot if the character had no Description.
// Fixed a display error on calendar view on Events page.

Image library filter on items & Item stack splitting
// When selecting an image from the image library for an item, you can now filter the images shown to find what you need quicker.
// You can now SPLIT item stacks. Click on an item to open up the modal window, select a number from the dropdown and click the orange Split Stack button to separate quantities.
// The "Not for Sale" toggle has been added to the quick-edit menu on shop items.
September 17, 2020
// When adding entities to an encounter, you can filter by folder first, to make it easier to find them. We also tweaked some wording and tooltips on this form to make things more clear.
// Fixed page counter CSS on mobile from stretching the page.
// Fixed some CSS on nebula theme causing text to be dark instead of white.
// Added an option to embed a video to your campaign overview page.
// Fixed the encounters counter on the Places accordion view, was not displaying correct number.
// Journal post archive now has entries paginated to avoid overload with large amounts of journals.
// You can now withdraw a custom amount from your shop till v.s. withdrawing the full amount, in case you do not want to empty it.

Updated Activity Log, New Player Wealth Log
// Players now have a player wealth log to help keep track of personal wealth transactions. The latest few lines will display on the Player Dashboard.
// When editing wealth manually, you can add an additional note for reference to help track transactions.
// Players can view their full wealth log by clicking the button in the Player Wealth panel.
// We have updated the way activity records on the GM-only Activity Log, which should read better and contain more details. Older log items may display only partial information because of this update.
